PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

October 2000 to August 2001:  Georgia Premier Providers, Conyers, GA: MS Access Database Administrator - Developed Provider Tracking Database for company's healthcare monitoring program. Emphasis was placed on front-end development to support local and remote multi-user interfacing. Conducted multiple end-user interviews to aid in the development of a custom User-Guide. Other technical documentation consisted of blueprinting database objectivity and infrastructure. Used MS Office 2000 for all other inter-office correspondence.

May 2000 to August 2000: Ajilon International, Atlanta, GA: MS Access Developer - Developed intricate Sales/Installs tracking database for MediaOne's Marketing Dept.

Sept. 1999 to May 2000: Tech Solutions, Atlanta, GA: MS Access Developer - Developed multiple Access applications for WheelAbrator's Engineering Dept. Front-end applications were developed to track abrasive product specifications and test data.

May 1999 to August 1999: Staffing Technologies, Atlanta, GA: MS Access Database Administrator – Developed three access databases for Solvay Pharmaceuticals’ Contract Sales Dept. Duties included administering support to existing secondary enterprise system, as well as new project conceptualization and delivery. Focus was on providing detailed interdepartmental reporting procedures, complete with documentation and user education.

Dec. 1998 to March 1999: Staffing Technologies/ENTEX Information Systems, Atlanta, GA: Access Database Administrator - Developed several databases for Delta Technology's Network Engineering Dept. Developed intricate and complex data-tracking applications for the migration of Delta's WorldSpan/WAN, to their new Stratacom Network. Project involved detailed analysis of clients' existing hardware and back-end connectivity, Fore Systems, ASX 1000's and ATM switches, also developed IP database, Router database, Server database, Cross-connections database and Cables database.

Sept. 1998 to Nov. 1998: MediaOne, Atlanta, GA: MS Access Conversion Specialist - Administered conversion of three separate databases from Lotus, MS Excel to Access ’97. Also developed front-end tools for customer call-log and claims dept.

July 1998 to Sept. 1998: Computer Xperts, Atlanta, GA: Y2K Tester - Equifax/Choice Point Corporation - Provided Y2K Net Census, Inventory Tracking and Compliance Testing at three client sites. Duties consisted of multiple workstation testing, upgrading and network reconfiguration, involving TCP/IP addressing and network driver updates. Testing involved leap year conformity, CMOS/RTC Century Flag update, BIOS and DOS clock system settings and Rollover sequences. Developed Access front-end to enhance project’s end-user interface and manageability. Accomplishments: Completed compliance testing on 280 workstations.

April 1998 to July 1998: Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami, FL: I/S Manager - Ship: MS SENSATION, Provided full administrative and technical support to entire ship’s Network of 106 PC’s and 30 NCR Register Systems. Performed daily backups of Novell Network and Sun Microsystems. Responsible for ongoing development of all voyage and passenger databases using Microsoft Access ‘97, also developed financial and inventory database tracking system for shipboard Accounting Dept and Purser’s Office. Weekly creation of over 2,400 Sail & Sign passenger credit/debit cards and monthly updates to the Ship’s Web Site using MS FrontPage 97. Acted as sole onboard Systems Technician, provided on site repairs of all hardware and related peripherals. Also provided database and file management support for the Orion Weather Satellite Navigational System and MTN (Marine Telecommunications Network) for the ship’s Command. Schedule was being on call 24hrs. a day and providing momentary response to 25 of the ship’s core managers.

January 1998 to April 1998: (CDC) Centers for Disease Control, Atlanta, GA: Access ’97 Developer -  Duties were to design and create multiple queries, forms, reports and macros for healthcare relational databases. Heavy emphasis was placed on form design for the Chronic Healthcare Dept. and (OD) Office of the Director.

February 1996 to November 1997: Miller Graphic Design, Midtown Atlanta: Access '97 Developer - Duties consisted of database design, programming and project development. Also used Microsoft Project for phase 4 and follow-up project tracking and status information. Daily tasks involved managing volume database tables, queries, reports and forms for major medical clients: Crawford Long Hospital and Emory University System of Healthcare (Atlanta). Morton Plant Mease Medical Center, (Florida). Carpman Grant Associates and St. Vincent’s Medical Center (Florida). Weekly on site client contact with Sr. Architect, Sr. Building Engineer and Hospital CEO for Crawford Long & Emory Hospitals.

March 1989 to February 1996: Pro-Staff Personnel, Atlanta, GA: Access Programmer/Technical Specialist - Positions encompassed the complete automated office spectrum. Duties consisted of multi-tasked administrative and technical projects, operational protocol procedures and general office responsibilities. NON-PROFIT WORK EXPERIENCE:

July 1998 to May 2000: Tech Corps Georgia, Atlanta, GA: Training Instructor/Database Administrator/Network Technician - Duties were to train local Atlanta area School Teachers in the basics of how to use a personal computer and associated word-processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics and communication programs. MS Office '97 & New Deal School/Office Suite. Other duties were to develop multiple Access Databases to track inventory, customer base and training log. Other duties were to setup, configure and troubleshoot and maintain twenty-five (25) training workstations running Windows '95 on a Windows NT platform.

June 1999: CompUSA Internet Workshop, (Southlake), Atlanta, GA: Internet Instructor - Taught internet training class of 12 students, with focus and emphasis on Global Research and Multimedia Presentations.

February 1999: MCI's SmartSurfing Workshop, SCITREK Museum, Atlanta, GA: Internet Instructor - Lead a family internet training workshop of multiple families, designed to promote Safety and awareness for use of the Internet. Focus was placed on the diverse usage of "Filter Ware", i.e., Netnanny, Cyber Patrol, etc.
